Why we bought the share

The last 3 years have seen slumps in the share price around the
summer months and then a rise up to the Xmas period from August
which is generally sustained over the Easter and Mothers Day
period and then falls away again in January.

Current price 185p.

A good time to be buying a well known share with predictable
but profitable trends. The time is right !!

29 Nov 99 - Dividend of £17.02

Dec 99 - The plan hasnt worked so far and the price has dropped to around 187p but we did expect it to go up by April so theres still time.

19 Jan 00 - The stop loss kicked in and we sold (after some heavy debate) @ 1.61. A net loss of £178.60.
