Why we bought the share

Origionally proposed by Tim in July at around 8p as a Penny Share
Focus recommendation, this company had its interim results last
month. The results showed a pre-tax increase in profits of 220%
to 2.08 million. The full year profits are expected to be 3.7
million. The conservative profit estimate for 2000-2001 is 4.5
million.

The company are currently is the commercial and leisure industry
sector providing refurbishing services to pubs and resturant,
notably the 'All Bar One' chain and building services to local
authorities, housing associations etc.

Continuing its present stategy the companys shares are expected
to reach 30p in the next year but the chairman Stephan Dean is
looking to 'evaluate other more highly rated market sectors'.
Many take this to mean he will use the company to launch a
venture in the internet or IT sector as he did with a previous
company. If this takes off then the share prices is expected to
hit at least 50p in the next year. A good steady profit is they
continue as they are and an unlimited upside if the internet
venture takes off.

The company has had many positive comments on the various
internet bulletin boards, was heavily recommended by Mark
Watson-Mitchell in last weeks shares magazine, tip of the month
in Penny Share Focus for November and also had very positive
comment in last Fridays Investors Chronical.


A good bet on their present strategy and a really exciting
prospect if they do diversify into IT\Internet.
