Last Minute.COM proposal progress

The Schwab balance doesn't agree with our understanding of the number of shares. NW is to check whether he has submitted his certificate and stock transfer form and to do so via AS if necessary.

This Months Investment Decision

After discussion the meeting agreed to hold on to all current holdings and:

· purchase £1000 worth of Electronic Boutiques shares, subject to a temporary sub-committee comprising RP, AS and NH considering whether the current price of 125p already fully reflects the potential benefits of increased sales due to the Harry Potter, etc. effect or whether there is still potential for a short term profit.

Shares to watch

The following stocks will remain on our consideration list:

Games Workshop
HBOS

and Bloomsbury Publishing will replace Boots.

Fantasy Share League

JK, TB, AS, PN, RP, IC, MB and NW have submitted proposals (and subsequent to the meeting paid their £10 entry fees):

RP will record the entries in the club iii portfolio following close of business today and will advise details of the holdings and a reminder of the iii portfolio name and password.

AOB

NW is moving the club website to another provider and will advise its returned availability (although it will be obvious by becoming accessible).

The Treasurer asked if TB would present his runner up cheque from last year's Fantasy Share League - it makes it easier keeping his books.
